Lessons
Private lessons are available for drummers at every level, from complete beginners through professional players looking for advanced topical instruction. Lessons are available in all styles of music, including: Rock/Pop, Jazz, Funk, Blues, Latin, Rudiments/Marching, Orchestral, Reading, Reggae, New Orleans Drumming, and more.
Weekly lessons are offered in 30, 45 and 60-minute sessions.
We have a variety of teachers at the EBDS, all with different strengths and areas of experitse. They all share a passion for teaching, and are patient teachers with excellent communication skills. Contact us to tell us what you're looking for, and we'll pair you with the right teacher to help you achieve your goals.
Rates
Rates for private lessons vary depending on the teacher, ranging from $80-100 per hour. Lessons are paid for on a monthly basis. All of our instructors have a 48-hour cancellation policy. There are no refunds for missed or cancelled lessons, unless the teacher needs to reschedule.
Some teachers may be available to provide lessons at your home or private studio. There is an added $10 per lesson surcharge for at-home lessons.
